**Roles and Responsibilities**

As a Trainer and Assessor for the Certificate III in Individual Support, you will:

- Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions both in-person and through online platforms.
- Provide tailored support and constructive feedback to guide students toward successful course completion.
- Assess, monitor, and mark student work in alignment with course outcomes.
- Plan, review, and continuously improve training and assessment strategies.
- Participate actively in assessment validation, moderation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct workplace visits to perform observational assessments.

**Requirements**: We are looking for motivated professionals who meet the following criteria:

- Strong knowledge and understanding of the care industry.
- At least one year of teaching or lecturing experience (preferred but not essential).
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering top-tier face-to-face and online education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding time management and multitasking skills.
- A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to working within a dynamic team.
- Ongoing commitment to professional development in accordance with industry standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- A relevant vocational qualification in Certificate III Individual Support, Certificate IV Ageing Support, or Nursing.
- A minimum of one year of skilled or industry-related experience.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or higher).
- A current Police Check.
