Receptionist (Traralgon)

Job description: We are looking for an experienced person to work in an established Motel with conference centre/restaurant in Traralgon VIC 3844. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety procedures and sexual harassment laws.
- Maintaining quality control of the motel facility by inspecting rooms for cleanliness and comfort level.
- Interviewing guests to determine if they will be suitable renters for the motel.
- Establishing and enforcing rules for customer conduct in motel facilities.
- Training staff on how to handle issues related to customer complaints or problems.
- Ensuring the safety of guests by making sure that security measures are in place to prevent theft or other crimes.
- Should have previous experience in RMS system.
- Can work in All Departments including Frontdesk, Events and Cafe is essential. WHAT WE ARE OFFERING
