We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated **Maintenance Technician** to join our growing team at our manufacturing facility in **Traralgon**.
**About the Role**
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Promptly addressing equipment breakdowns.
- Executing preventative maintenance schedules.
- Coordinating maintenance with third-party suppliers.
- Assisting with the installation of new equipment.
- Promoting a culture of occupational health and safety.
- Performing additional duties as needed, including occasional call-out work.
**Skills and Experience**
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with:
- A minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in manufacturing maintenance.
- The ability to interpret technical documents and effectively communicate with non-technical staff.
- Proficiency in general maintenance techniques.
- A trade qualification or equivalent.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
