We are looking for an experienced person to work in an established Motel with conference centre/restaurant in Traralgon VIC 3844.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA Follow company policies and procedures, including safety procedures and sexual harassment laws. Maintaining quality control of the motel facility by inspecting rooms for cleanliness and comfort level. Interviewing guests to determine if they will be suitable renters for the motel. Establishing and enforcing rules for customer conduct in motel facilities. Training staff on how to handle issues related to customer complaints or problems. Ensuring the safety of guests by making sure that security measures are in place to prevent theft or other crimes. Should have previous experience in RMS system. Can work in All Departments including Frontdesk, Events and Cafe is essential.
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING A market-market-market-competitive salary . Plus Superannuation.
