- Lead a team of consultants who provide technical and accounts support to our residential customers
- Manage a medium to large-sized team and coordinate with our Aussie Experts to meet organisational requirements
- Oversee team performance and ensure targets are met through collaborative efforts
- Meet customer service standards and call handling targets
- Foster a professional business relationship with customers by providing prompt and efficient service Qualifications
- Telco industry knowledge
