Responsibilities
Lead a team of consultants who provide technical and accounts support to our residential customers
Manage a medium to large-sized team and coordinate with our Aussie Experts to meet organisational requirements
Oversee team performance and ensure targets are met through cooperative efforts
Meet customer service standards and call handling targets
Foster a professional business relationship with customers by providing prompt and efficient service
Qualifications
Telco industry knowledge
Clear and approachable communicator
Strong leadership abilities
Customer service understanding
Advanced computer skills
Proficient in negotiation and innovative thinking
Works well independently and in a team
