Carpenter (Traralgon)

Virtue Homes is an award-winning custom home builder based in Traralgon, known for delivering unique, high-quality homes across the Gippsland region. Due to continued growth, we are seeking skilled and motivated Carpenters to join our team. About the Role You will work across a variety of custom projects throughout Gippsland. You’ll be involved in all stages of construction, contributing to the delivery of high-end homes built to exceptional standards. Carpenters from Latrobe Valley, Baw Baw and South Gippsland regions are highly sought. Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ carpentry experience
- Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
- Experience in framing, lock-up, cladding and fix carpentry (desirable)
- Solid attention to detail with pride in workmanship
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organised
- Own tools and reliable vehicle
- White Card (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of workplace health & safety
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the business What We Offer
