- Long-term career with a growth-focused agency About the Role This is a hands-on senior consulting position where you will manage your own recruitment desk and take ownership of client relationships, business development and revenue growth across a diverse regional client portfolio. Working with an established customer base, you will partner closely with clients to understand workforce needs, deliver quality recruitment outcomes and identify opportunities for account growth. Whether your background is temporary/labour hire, permanent recruitment or a combination of both, this role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact. Key Responsibilities Client Partnerships & Account Growth:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Develop a deep understanding of client workforce needs
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand service offerings
- Deliver high levels of service and responsiveness Recruitment Delivery:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across temporary/labour hire and/or permanent vacancies
- Source, assess and place high-quality candidates
- Build solid talent pipelines across key industries
- Proactively reverse market candidates to generate new opportunities Business Development:
- Generate new business opportunities and grow your recruitment desk
- Build a sustainable pipeline of prospective clients
- Contribute to revenue growth through strong commercial performance Operational Excellence:
- Maintain recruitment systems, compliance and documentation
- Ensure quality standards are consistently achieved
- Track recruitment activity, placements and performance outcomes About You You are an experienced recruitment professional who values long-term partnerships over transactional sales and enjoys balancing recruitment delivery with commercial growth. You are relationship-driven, commercially astute and confident managing a recruitment desk with autonomy. Ideally you will have:
- Previous agency recruitment experience
- Strong business development and account management capability
- Demonstrated billing success and revenue generation experience
- The ability to build trusted client relationships
- Strong organisational and time management skills
