About the role Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a energetic and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for our Tanjil unit. This position is on a permanent, part‑time basis. The ANUM works collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) in the management, coordination, and development of the unit, ensuring agreed objectives are met in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to our consumers. About you
- Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Two (2) years acute surgical/medical nursing experience.
- Leadership and/or management experience.
- Current competency in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Current or previous experience in management roles is desirable. Benefits
