What does the job look like?

As our next PM Warehouse Supervisor, you will thrive in a quick-paced logistics environment, inspiring your team and delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your focus will be on fostering a collaborative, high-achieving team culture where every action prioritises safety, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Working closely with the Shift Manager, you will ensure daily targets are not only met but exceeded, while proactively identifying ways to improve processes and drive continuous improvement. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, scheduled Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.: Key Areas:

- Supervise daily warehouse operations and manage the afternoon shift team to achieve operational excellence and exceed business key performance goals.
- Plan and execute daily warehouse labour activities to ensure they are compliant with the financial plans.
- Monitor and support effective communication between customer representatives and all warehouse staff.
- Enhance customer experience and service delivery by maximizing productivity and meeting benchmarks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and customer service standards.
