Sales Team Leader - Mid Market (Truganina)

**About The Role**

Reporting to the National Sales Manager (NSM), the Sales Team Leader role is responsible for overseeing a team and driving new business growth within the Mid Market segment. You’ll be supported by a skilled group of account managers, a range of internal resources, and a experienced National Sales Manager, all focused on delivering strong results and best customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Create a positive and motivating setting that fosters teamwork, accountability, and results.
- Monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans where needed.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across target industries.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients through consultative selling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline records in the CRM (Hubspot)
