About the role
Are you a detail-loving, deadline-smashing, invoice-sorting superstar? We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our busy and vibrant team!
Reporting to the Accounts Manager at our Derrimut site, you’ll be responsible for managing a high volume of debtor accounts, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our numbers add up all while working in a supportive and energetic environment.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Juggling a high volume of debtor accounts like a pro
Sending out invoices, statements, and friendly reminders
Chasing down overdue payments (with charm and persistence!)
Handling daily banking and receipts
Helping customers with invoice queries (you’re the hero they need!)
Allocating remittances and entering data with laser focus
Supporting month-end reporting
