ReSource is Australia's largest e-waste and battery recycling facility. We process electronics and batteries for major retailers, councils and government across Victoria. We're hiring two hardworking people to join our busy Derrimut site. Why this job:

- Sweeping, shovelling, and general floor cleaning
- Operating industrial blowers and vacuums
- Operating basic equipment like our x-ray battery sorter — no special skills required, we train you on the day
- Keeping the factory clean and safe throughout the day What we need from you:
- Physically fit — this is active, on-your-feet work all day
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Full-time, permanent — two positions available with different rosters: -


- Role 1 (weekend-anchored): Mon, Tue and Fri midday–7pm; Sat and Sun 9am–6pm (39 hours)
- Role 2 (weekday): Mon to Fri 7am–5pm
- Immediate start available
