**THE ROLE**
Based at our Support Office in Derrimut, in this full time role you will be responsible for supporting our Trade customers with technical support requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist internal departments in technical support
- Maintain a high level of Beacon Lighting product knowledge
- Obtain all relevant information, offer an appropriate solution, and ensure the customer is confident that the issue is being appropriately addressed
- Interpret technical specification sheets provided by suppliers
- Ensure all information is accurately recorded so that spreadsheets and databases are maintained in a timely manner
- Provide information and feedback to stakeholders regarding technical and product issues
- Conduct thorough fault-finding investigations on product issues raised, utilising our in house test lab to diagnose and identify root causes for resolution.
**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- An “A” grade electrical license
- Previous experience as a domestic electrician
- Background in lighting, fan and electrical product knowledge highly regarded
- Excellent customer service skills with a can-do attitude
- Strong organisational skills and confidence in working with a computer
