- Full-Time Permanent Department: Music & Performing Arts Faculty Closing Date: 10 Jun 2026 About the Role Westbourne Grammar School is seeking an organised, enthusiastic and people-focused Administration Support professional to join our vibrant Music School team. This role provides essential administrative support to the Executive Administrator – Music, while assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of the Music School. Working closely with students, parents and staff, the position supports the efficient delivery of music programs and contributes to a positive, skilled and welcoming culture within the Music School and broader school community. This role is well suited to an experienced administrator who has a genuine interest in music and performing arts, and who thrives in a busy, community-focused environment. About You
- Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience including data entry and customer service
- Interest in Music and Performing Arts essential
- Experience and good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Experience using school-based software is highly regarded but not essential
- Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration preferred but not essential if experienced
- School administration experience preferred but not essential
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) essential Key Responsibilities Include:
- First point of contact for the Music School
- Scheduling and administration of music programs, bookings and enrolments
- Processing applications for tuition, instrument hire, AMEB exams and resources
- Organising events, excursions, camps and tours
- Music library and purchase order administration
