**The Roles**

We currently have 3 exciting opportunities for Customer Care gurus to join the team at our Store Support Centre located in Derrimut. These roles involve responding to customer enquiries in relation to after sales for both internal and external customers by arranging repairs or replacement under warranty.

**Team Leader**
- Lead and inspire a team of 7 in the after-sales customer care department
- Oversee day-to-day call centre operations of the Warranty and Installation team
- Serve as a liaison between internal team members, electricians, contractors, Beacon Lighting stores, and customers, to streamline processes and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Take a hands-on approach to managing workflow, ensuring timely and efficient processing of warranty claims
- Implement and optimize processes to enhance team productivity

**Full Time Customer Service**
- Monday
- Friday, 9am
- 5pm
- respond to customer enquiries in relation to after sales for both internal and external customers by arranging repairs or replacement under warranty

**Part Time Customer Service**
- 24 hours a week
- Monday
- Friday, 9am
- 5pm, spread over 3 or 5 days (your choice!)
- respond to customer enquiries in relation to after sales for both internal and external customers by arranging repairs or replacement under warranty

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will:

- Be able to make sound decisions
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Be able to work independently and within a team environment
- Have intermediate computer skills
- Have demonstrated strong customer service skills
