**The Role**

Reporting to the General Manager
- Supply Chain, this role will see you lead and inspire the warehouse team. Using your business management skills, you will be responsible for seeking new opportunities to develop and improve business performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods is managed efficiently and to required standards
- Maximising the use of space through visual checks and regular reporting analysis, while taking in to account future business requirements
- Providing impactful leadership that reflects company values, allowing you to develop and retain a quality team
- Continual analysis and review of business performance to improve productivity and profitability results
- Achieving budgeted expenses, stock levels and budgeted sales
- Being fully conversant with the operation of all areas of the warehouse
- Ensuring internal and external customer service levels meet or exceed expectations
- Upholding the positive team culture
- Maintaining safety standards in the warehouse and actively driving safety initiatives

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- Previous warehouse management experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs
- WMS experience
- Strong analytical skills
- An innate ability to effectively problem solve and troubleshoot
- A proven track record in improving business performance
