- Manager a small team of Sales Reps
- Road/Rail Transport Sales Experience (essential)
- 5+ years Sales experience
- Strong communicator

- Achieve set KPIs
- Generate NB leads
- Update and build NB CRM system
- Convert NB leads
- Full onboard lifecycle
- Be the primary point of contact for NB customers within your region ensuring prompt and professional responses maintaining and updating customer records within the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance service delivery and support where necessary
