Diabetes CNS: Advanced Care & Education Leader (Part time)
Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 for Diabetes Services. This part‑time position involves providing high‑quality care for patients living with diabetes.
The successful candidate will deliver patient education, support multidisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines.
Responsibilities include:
Leading quality improvement initiatives.
Coordinating complex case management.
Qualifications:
Current Australian work rights.
Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2.
Annual remuneration: AUD 100,000 – 125,000.
Competitive hourly rate: $58.82 – $60.75 per hour.
