Warehouse Operations Manager (Tuggerah)

This is a pivotal role where you will bridge the gap between floor operations and management. You will be responsible for ensuring every order leaves the warehouse accurately and on time, while leading a small, hardworking team of up to five staff members. - Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate a team of <5 warehouse staff, including task allocation and performance oversight.
- Order Processing: Oversee the end-to-end flow of orders, ensuring high accuracy in picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Inventory Management: Lead regular stocktakes (weekly/monthly) and investigate any discrepancies.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed stock level and operational reports to management.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, protected working environment and ensure all staff follow OH&S; protocols.
- Inwards Goods: Oversee the unloading of containers/deliveries and ensure stock is put away correctly. Skills and Experience
- Experience: Minimum [2-3] years in a senior warehouse or storeman role.
- Leadership: Proven ability to motivate and manage a small team.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems -Excel , web based shipping systems, etc.
- Attention to Detail: A "eagle eye" for stock accuracy and reporting numbers.
- Licensing:
- Valid Forklift Licence (LF) is essential; High Reach experience is a plus.
- Car license. HR is a plus.
