**Your New Role Looks Like This**: We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to play a vital role in supporting our financial, administrative, and customer service functions. In this role, you will help ensure accurate recording of transactions and timely receipt of payments while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Process Direct Debit forms efficiently and accurately using Procura.
- Respond to payment and invoice inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
- Handle cheque and cash payments with precision, ensuring accurate weekly reconciliations.
- Foster sustainable processes that prioritize customer and employee feedback, helping us continuously improve.
- Drive the enhancement of our customer value proposition through research, insights, and innovative solutions.

**About You**:

- Experience in customer service or administrative role
- Experience handling high volume of outbound and inbound phone calls
- Numerical ability, data entry skills and intermediate Excel
- Robust Attention to Detail
