Mechanic Light Vehicle (Tuggerah)

The opportunity Bridgestone Select Tyre and Auto has an exciting opportunity for a Mechanic Light Vehicle to join our team in Tuggerah NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert mechanical services to maintain and repair a range of light vehicles. Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults in light vehicles, including cars and light commercial vehicles
- Carry out routine maintenance such as servicing, oil changes
- Test and inspect vehicles to identify any issues or potential problems
- Replace worn or faulty parts, including brakes, suspension, and electrical components
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients What we're looking for
- Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mechanic, preferably in a light vehicle workshop
- Candidates without Certificate III Automotive must have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant automotive experience
- Robust diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of automotive tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Good customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
