We are currently seeking a Shoda Router Technician to join our Maintenance team located at Charmhaven on the Central Coast of NSW. What do you want in your next job?

The Role In this position, you will be responsible for the optimal performance and ongoing maintenance of the routers to ensure maximum utilisation and efficient operation during the manufacturing process. At Charmhaven, we currently have 10 Shoda Routers, all vital to our manufacturing process. To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have demonstrated experience working with Shoda Routers or equivalent systems utilizing Fanuc Servo control
- Be fluent in Japanese and English
- Be able to read Japanese and read/write in English
- Have mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
- Possess advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Have a strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn
- Work well in a team
- Understanding of G code and Ladder Logic is an advantage This is a full time permanent position. To succeed, you must be self-motivated and willing to put in the effort to complete jobs promptly. Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship are essential.
