Looking to start your career in gardening and landscaping? **Mowing & Growing Pty Ltd**, a family-owned business servicing the Central Coast’s most prestigious properties, is seeking a reliable **Assistant Gardener** to support our Head Gardener and maintenance crew. No prior experience is necessary — just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting the Head Gardener and crew with daily garden maintenance across acreage, residential, and commercial properties
- Learning hands-on gardening skills including mowing, edging, whipper-snipping, hedge trimming, planting, pruning, and garden clean-ups
- Helping with setup and pack-down of tools, trailers, and equipment
- Following directions and safe work practices on site
- Working outdoors in all conditions (including wet weather) as part of a supportive team

What We’re Looking For
- **No experience required** — however, experience in gardening or landscaping will be looked upon favourably
- Physically fit, dependable, and willing to work outdoors
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take instruction
- **Driver’s licence preferred** (manual driving and trailer towing ability a bonus)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to doing quality work

What We Offer
- **Equivalent annual package: $51,000
- $65,000 (inclusive of super)**:

- **Competitive casual rate: $24.29
- $31.00 per hour** (depending on skills and licence/towing ability)
- All tools, equipment, and uniforms provided
