The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Strata Manager looking to join a modern and supportive business that values flexibility, structure, and long‑term career growth.

You will initially manage a portfolio of approximately 20–25 schemes (around 300 lots), allowing you the time and support to properly settle into the role, learn internal systems, and build robust client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential strata schemes Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, and contractors Coordinate meetings, maintenance works, repairs, and contractor engagement Deliver proactive, solutions‑focused customer service Ensure compliance with strata legislation and internal company procedures Work closely with leadership and support staff to maintain high service standards
