Star Phones, a well-established mobile accessories retailer with more than 55 stores across Australia, is currently hiring enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistants to join its NSW team.

Position: Retail Sales Assistant

Location: Tuggerah NSW

Employment Type: Full time & Part-time (24–50 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell mobile accessories such as phone cases, chargers, screen protectors, and power banks Assist customers with basic mobile phone repairs in a friendly and helpful manner Provide excellent customer service at all times Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude Confidence in engaging customers and upselling products Reliable, motivated, and customer-focused individuals A team player who performs well in a quick-paced retail setting
