As the business development manager
- real estate, you will be responsible for making appointments with property owner leads provided by our marketing program, collecting property owner leads from rental listing services, and generating a referral base from other real estate brokers and agents. You need to be able to affectively explain to property owners and investors the advantages of using professional property managers at PMI at their properties and get signed management agreements. A successful candidate will be committed to excellence, have industry knowledge, have effective communication skills and close 10 to 20 property management contracts per month. COMPENSATIONThe Director of Real Estate Services position offers a competitive and generous compensation plan that rewards success. Compensation consists of a base salary plus commissions, giving the employee an chance to make over $150k.
