About the role

We are seeking a Full Time Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our Tuggerah team. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive excellence in operations, customer service, and team performance. This is a hands-on role where you can influence the success of the restaurant while enjoying a genuine work-life balance.

Responsibilities Assist in the daily operations and management of the restaurant. Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional service. Monitor food safety standards and ensure high-quality product delivery. Drive sales growth and assist in meeting financial targets and KPIs. Manage rosters and inventory to ensure efficient shift operations.

Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the QSR or hospitality industry. Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development. A passion for providing a great customer experience and building community. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple priorities effectively.
