The position focuses on supporting children experiencing difficulties with emotional regulation, social skills, and behaviour, while also conducting psychometric assessments for diagnostic clarification in preschools. In This Role You Will
- Develop individualised treatment plans to deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to children and their families.
- Conduct comprehensive psychometric and diagnostic assessments whilst working collaboratively within the Child and Family Health multi-disciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards of care. About You We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about paediatric mental health and early intervention. You Will Have
- A four-year degree in Psychology and a two-year masters degree or higher in Clinical Psychology from a recognised tertiary institution.
- Current full registration with AHPRA Psychology Board of Australia with endorsement in Clinical Psychology, or eligibility to enrol as a Clinical Psychology Registrar.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in paediatric psychology, including relevant assessment tools and therapeutic interventions.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
