We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to be the heartbeat of that experience. This is not your typical accounting role You’re the bridge between clients and our technical team.
- Translate accounting and tax into plain English
- Handle client conversations with confidence and warmth
- Triage requests quickly and accurately
- Hold the relationship while the team delivers the technical work Your value isn’t just technical, it’s how you communicate, connect, and lead the client experience. What you’ll do:
- First point of contact for clients (phone + email)
- Explain financials clearly and simply
- Manage billing queries professionally
- Triage more complex work to the right team member
- Support onboarding and ongoing client experience What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years in public practice accounting
- Experience preparing financials & tax returns
- Solid accounting and tax knowledge But more importantly:
- You enjoy working with people, not just numbers
- You communicate clearly without jargon
