About the Role We are looking for an experienced management professional to assist the General Manager in bringing our vision, purpose and values to life as an Assistant Manager. In this role you will be responsible for creating outstanding customer experiences, empowering and coaching staff, and leading the team from the front. Working nights, weekends and public holidays provides flexibility and keeps every shift unique, ensuring you are at the heart of our most memorable guest moments. Key Responsibilities
- Operational responsibility for the cinema in the absence of the General Manager
- Overall leadership and team management
- Revenue and financial responsibility for the cinema
- Customer focus, ensuring the highest quality service and experience Skills & Experience
- 1‑3 years of supervisory experience in a retail, food service or hospitality/leisure environment involving shift work
- Previous experience with sales figures preferred
- Experience in achieving sales targets
- Senior First Aid certification
- RSA (state/territory requirement)
- RMLV (state/territory requirement)
- Approved Manager Licence (state/territory requirement)
