Job Description As our #AAA team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to support participants across the Central Coast region , depending on where you’re based — work close to home! Responsibilities
- Manage a varied, community-based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings
- Work with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adults
- Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC
- Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant-centred goals
- Deliver evidence-based therapy that builds communication, participation and independence
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes
- Caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and professional goals Qualifications
- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with SPA
- Passionate about community-based support for people with disability
