Machine Operator – Central Coast Council Sanitarium-Health-Food-Company. Salary: AUD 55,,000. We have an exciting internal prospect on the Night Shift of our Beverages Team to undertake a permanent role on our Filling Machines. Reporting to the Senior Team Leader on shift, the Filler operator will be responsible for ensuring that the correct product is packed in correct packaging and sealed correctly. They will also ensure that aseptic conditions are met and operations are continuous in their designated area. This role is currently required on our Night Shift, which operates from 1:00am – 7:00am Monday, and 11:00pm – 7:00am Monday – Thursday. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities with the RMA and Filling areas for efficient and continuous operations.
- Ensure that the product is in the correct packaging and has the right coding.
- Monitor and take remedial action for effective performance of the area.
- Complete the product testing and quality checks as required.
- Record data as required.
- Cleaning and hygiene of the equipment and the area.
- Take part in continuous improvement activities. Key Skills and Experience
- Sound computer skills.
- Ability to undertake any inherent physical requirements of the role including the ability to undertake manual handling of up to 25kg.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Ability to cope with pressures and setbacks in a constructive manner.
- Ability to analyse information and make decisions accordingly.
