**About the role**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to provide expert technical support to faculty, staff, and students, ensuring seamless resolution of technical issues. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, collaborate with IT teams to enhance service delivery, and contribute to IT policy development. You will also assist in evaluating new technologies, maintain accurate support records, and ensure cybersecurity best practices If you have a passion for problem-solving and delivering top-tier IT support in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! **About you** To be successful in this role, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and the ability to use your technical support expertise to navigate and resolve issues. You will have strong project management skills and drive process improvements within the technical support function. **At the HEW 5 Level you will**:

- Demonstrated extensive knowledge of IT support processes, ticketing systems, and best practices.
- Knowledge of end-user computing technology and its support in an enterprise environment.

**At HEW 6 Level you will**:

- Proven experience and success in a similar role within a large and complex organisation
- Advanced technical knowledge and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve user issues.

**What We Offer** **Base Salary Range**:$81,445 to $93,173 pa (HEW 5) / $94,476 to $102,293 (HEW 6) This role attracts 17% superannuation **in addition**to the base salary.?
