**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Functional Analyst** to join our Enterprise Platforms team at UTS. In this role, you'll provide analytical and technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT services while contributing to the enhancement and optimisation of enterprise systems. Working in an Agile environment, you'll play a key role in testing, deployment, and configuration, ensuring alignment with business requirements and driving continuous improvement.

**About You**
As the Junior Functional Analyst, you will:
- Assist senior functional analysts in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement, to refine and prioritise deliverables.
- Support the testing, deployment, and configuration of enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them as necessary.
- Maintain and update system documentation, processes, and training materials.
**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
- Completion of an IT-related degree/diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document requirements and interact with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a willingness to embrace an Agile mindset.
- Experience working with enterprise systems or SaaS solutions to meet business needs.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively, while keeping a strong customer focus
- Technical experience with technologies like SharePoint and Microsoft Power Apps will be highly regarded.
**Role Eligibility**

**Remuneration & Benefits**
**Base Salary Range: $94,476 to $102,293 pa (HEW 6)**
This role attracts 17% superannuation **in addition** to the base salary.
UTS staff also benefit from a wide range of Employee Benefits include flexible work practices, child care centres, generous parental leave and salary packaging opportunities.
This position is **full-time** and appointment will be made on a **continuing basis**.
