Childcare Trainee (Yass)

**About Us**: We are a purpose built childcare and OOSH service located in Yass, which is operated by an experienced team of professional educators with extensive knowledge in children’s services. We pride ourselves on providing high quality Early Childhood Education. We are looking for a Certificate III Trainee to join our team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**: **Trainee**
- Assist in the delivery of educational programs for all age groups
- Be dedicated to complete the theory component of the 12 month traineeship.
- Maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Create a safe, secure and supportive learning environment
- Be reliable, professional, punctual, enthusiastic and passionate about children's education, care and inclusive practices.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and utilise this knowledge in daily practice.
- To actively supervise the children at all times, ensuring their well-being, safety and appropriate use of equipment.
- Ability to work rotating rosters, ensuring exposure to the many aspects of the Industry.

Pay: $15.00
- $34.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
