Global Track Warehouse, a growing company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of tracked undercarriage products for the construction and agricultural industries, is seeking a versatile Sales and Operations Specialist to join our team in Yass, NSW. This multi-functional role is suited for a proactive individual interested in developing their sales skills and contributing to various aspects of our daily operations.

Role Overview:

As a Sales and Operations Specialist, you will manage inside and outside sales, maintain relationships with existing clients, and identify current sales opportunities. The role involves direct customer interaction, preparing quotations and proposals, processing orders, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting warehouse operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through consistent communication and support.

Identify and pursue recent business opportunities to help grow our market presence.

Conduct face-to-face client meetings to present products and discuss customer needs.

Prepare and deliver detailed quotes and proposals based on customer specifications.

Process orders efficiently and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

Assist warehouse operations occasionally, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.

Collaborate internally to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.

Perform market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends.

Pay: $80,000.00
- $120,000.00 per year
