- Greet and assist residents via phone, email, and face-to-face counter enquiries.
- Resolve requests regarding rates, waste, planning, and community facilities.
- Process payments and manage accurate data entry into council systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to solve complex community issues. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in a retail, hospitality, or corporate customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills with a calm, empathetic, and professional approach.
- Strong tech skills with the ability to learn new software quickly and implement improvements.
