**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Learning and Development Project Coordinator,**to join our vibrant Learning and Organisation Development team.In this role, you’ll support key learning initiatives, manage program logistics, coordinate vendors and participants, and help drive continuous improvement. With your strong communication, project coordination, and admin experience, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality development programs.

You’re a driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic learning and development environment. With a passion for people, processes, and continuous improvement, you bring both structure and creativity to everything you do. Your strengths include:

- **HR and Project Expertise**
- Proven experience in HR administration, coordinating projects to meet deadlines, and managing programs, cohorts, and participant logistics with precision.
- **Effective stakeholder engagement** and ability to navigate systems and processes.
- **Strong Communication Skills**
- Excellent presentation and documentation abilities, paired with a flair for marketing and design that brings energy and clarity to team initiatives.

**What We Offer**

**Base Salary Range**: $95,893 to $103,828 pa (HEW 6) **plus**17% superannuation

This position is **full time** role and will be made on a **continuing basis.**
