We have a** 9**-**month fixed-term prospect** fora **Remuneration Consultant** to join our People Unit atUTS, to provide remuneration guidance and support to managers and staff across UTS. In this role you will assist People Unit Business Partners and their client groups with comprehensive remuneration insights, providing expert advice and data analysis to attract and retain talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Solid understanding and experience in job evaluation process
- HAY job evaluation certification preferred.

**What We Offer**
