**About the Role**

UTS is seeking a dedicated Audio Visual (AV) Technician to join our energetic AV Services team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and enhancement of AV technologies across the university. As an AV Technician, you will work closely with the AV Operations Manager and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality AV support for teaching spaces and professional meeting rooms. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant, technology-driven academic environment.

**Priorities of the Role**

work will centre on delivering reliable, high-quality AV services that enhance the university’s operations and user experience.

**About You**
- Demonstrated knowledge of AV technologies, including audio, video, and control equipment.
- Experience supporting AV users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Ability to coordinate maintenance activities while adapting to teaching schedules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.

**Remuneration**

**Base Salary Range: $81,445 to $93,173 pa (HEW 5)**

This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a continuing basis.
