About you In this role you will be responsible to:

Participate in change management processes and testing to improve operational efficiency and minimize down-time

Develop and maintain effective partnerships and working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Monitor the Helpdesk System queue and escalate tickets here required.

Complete additional operational support tasks as required

Base Salary Range: $92,851 to $100,534 pa (HEW 6) This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary. This position is full time and appointment will be made on a continuing basis.
