- Work visa will be provided for this role Green4Life Oz is seeking a data-driven Marketing Specialist to lead regional campaigns across Harden, Young, and surrounding Orana areas. This hands-on role partnerships with product, sales, and operations to boost brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute strategic advertising plans and policies aligned with overall sales and business objectives
· Provide strategic guidance to senior management and clients on marketing and promotional initiatives to effectively reach target audiences and enhance brand visibility
· Manage end-to-end delivery of advertising campaigns, coordinating creative, media, and production activities while ensuring timelines and budgets are met
· Analyse consumer behaviour, buying patterns, and market insights to support informed marketing decisions
· Track market trends and forecast future consumer demands to maintain a competitive edge
· Undertake comprehensive market research to evaluate demand, customer needs, and opportunities for new products or services
· Support business growth by planning and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals Desirable Skills
• Experience in sustainability/cleantech
• Graphic design or multimedia (Adobe) a plus
• B2B/mid-market/enterprise marketing
