**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Administration Officer to join our team at Young Cluster in a casual capacity across sites at Boorowa, Harden, West Wyalong and Young. This role is designed to back-fill both planned and unplanned leave, with hours that will vary depending on the needs of the Health Service.

This position would be ideal for someone who is not seeking regular daily work but is available when needed and can respond to changing demands.

As the Administration Officer you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the manager and wider team. The Administration Officer provides administration and clerical support to the manager and team, within a range of settings as part of the administration team to facilitate smooth operation of the unit.

**About You**
- Previous experience working in similar role that demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- The ability to manage multiple demands and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other record-keeping systems.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Adaptable availability, with the ability to work variable hours depending on the needs of the health service
- some weeks may offer 8 hours, while working up to 38 hours can be required as needed.
