STOREPERSON

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storeperson to support stock operation. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organising incoming stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing goods for storage or dispatch. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organised store environment. This is a full time permanent position, 38 hours per week.

MAIN DUTIES

· Receive and inspect incoming stock, checking for damage and verifying quantities against invoices and delivery documents

· Assist with unloading deliveries, unpacking goods, and organising stock for storage or display

· Using computer systems to locate items, confirm stock levels, and maintain accurate inventory records

· Labelling stock with correct storage information to support productive inventory management

· Packing, weighing and sealing goods for dispatch or storage in line with operational requirements

· Safely operating specialised equipment, including a baler, following all safety procedures

· Participating in regular stocktakes, contributing to accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies

· Maintaining vigilance in the store workplace, identifying potential theft or improper handling of merchandise and reporting concerns to management

QUALIFICATIONS

AQF Certificate II or III qualification or equivalent experience

Pay: $72,000.00 – $74,000.00 per year
