Dental Assistant/receptionist (Elanora)

**Complete Dental Elanora **is a busy, family-owned dental practice on the southern end of the Gold Coast and has been operating for almost 40 years.

Our dedicated team is committed to ensuring our patients have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door. We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking a motivated and organised Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist to join our team.

**About the roles**: The **Dental Assistant** will work closely with our dentists during treatments and procedures. The role will be focused on providing high-quality assistance in patient care, preparing treatment rooms, sterilising instruments, and ensuring patients are comfortable. This is a clinical, patient-focused position. You must have excellent time management skills, be motivated, efficient, reliable and have attention to detail.

As the **Dental Receptionist, **you would be the first point of contact for our patients. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and delivering exceptional service. This role requires a friendly, caring and empathetic personality, outstanding communication and organisation skills and attention to detail. You would manage the practice’s schedule to ensure smooth and timely patient flow.

**Previous DA or dental reception experience is preferred, but not essential as on-the-job training is possible for the right person.**

**Practice Opening Hours**:8am-5pm M-F and every second Saturday 8am-12pm
