Dental Assistant/receptionist Elanora

Complete Dental Elanora is a busy, family-owned dental practice on the southern end of the Gold Coast and has been operating for almost 40 years.

We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking a motivated and organised Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist to join our team.

About the roles:

The Dental Assistant will work closely with our dentists during treatments and procedures. The role will be focused on providing high-quality assistance in patient care, preparing treatment rooms, sterilising instruments, and ensuring patients are comfortable. This is a clinical, patient-focused position. You must have excellent time management skills, be motivated, productive, reliable and have attention to detail.

As the Dental Receptionist, you would be the first point of contact for our patients. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and delivering exceptional service. This role requires a friendly, caring and empathetic personality, outstanding communication and organisation skills and attention to detail. You would manage the practice’s schedule to ensure smooth and timely patient flow.

Previous DA or dental reception experience is preferred, but not essential as on-the-job training is possible for the right person.

Practice Opening Hours:8am-5pm M-F and every second Saturday 8am-12pm
