Service Administrator | Platinum Pool Centre | Currumbin Full-Time or Part-Time (School Hours) | Gold Coast About Us Platinum Pool Centre is a well-established and growing Gold Coast business offering pool retail, maintenance, and repair services. We're a tight-knit team that takes pride in delivering great service — and we're looking for a switched-on Service Administrator to be the engine room that keeps everything running smoothly. This is a stable, long-term role for someone who genuinely loves being organised, takes ownership of their work, and thrives without needing to be micromanaged. Australian work authorisation is required for this position. The Role Based at our Currumbin pool shop, you'll play a central role in keeping our service operations on track. Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for:
- Scheduling and coordinating jobs for our service and repair teams
- Managing our service management system (Tradify experience a bonus)
- Invoicing and accounts receivable, including debt collection follow-up
- Answering customer phone enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Service inventory management and administration
- Assisting with retail customer service in-store when needed About You You're the kind of person who notices the details others miss, keeps the balls in the air without being asked, and takes real pride in a job done properly. You'll also bring:
- Minimum 1–2 years of administration experience
- Demonstrated experience in debt collection processes
- Confidence with Tradify, Microsoft Office, or Google Suite
- Proficiency in all three software platforms required: Tradify service management app, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- A qualified, friendly phone manner
- Experience in a trade, service, or similar fast-paced business (highly regarded) Why Join Us?
