Infinite Care Tweed is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who is keen to expand their expertise in the Assessment and Care Planning space. This is a full time position Monday to Friday day shifts. The Role At Infin8 care, the role of a Registered Nurse is highly visible and plays a vital role in meeting our residents’ daily needs and delivering high quality, person centric care to residents and families. Our nurses are responsible for the total care of the resident, including physical, emotional wellbeing and safety. They are given the autonomy and space they need to make decisions and enjoy the support of the personal care, lifestyle, and Hospitality teams. In addition to this, Infinite Care is looking for a Registered Nurse who wants to expand their expertise in the Assessment and Care Planning area area as a significant portion of this role will involve managing an Assessment and Care Planning portfolio. About You You have the ability to “think on your feet” as well as the ability to communicate effectively, build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike. - You have a bachelor's degree
- AHPRA Registration with no restriction
- Strong skills in documentation and record-keeping are crucial, as the coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of assessments and care plans.
- Understanding of the ANACC frameworks, including assessment criteria, documentation requirements, and funding regulations (desirable).
- Previous experience with AN-ACC or ACFI funding (desirable)
- Familiarity with aged care regulations and compliance requirements, as well as staying up-to-date with changes in funding regulations, is significant to keep the facility meets all necessary guidelines.
- A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one) Who are we?
