Reception Staff (Bilinga)

ABOUT US We own and operate a beautiful boutique hotel in Bilinga on the Southern Gold Coast, directly opposite the beach. About the role Our busy hotel reception area doubles as our bar and cafe. We require motivated, experienced and enthusiastic staff that take pride in delivering 5-star service. This casual role provides essential support to the business so we need someone reliable to work the shifts that are assigned across a 7 day roster, there will be some evening and weekend work. Duties include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting guests with check in and check out procedures
- All bar and cafe duties as required
- Being enthusiastic, reliable and self-driven THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT The ideal candidate will have:
- Robust work ethic & excellent personal presentation
- Full availability as this position involves night and weekend work
- Hotel front office/reception experience
- A current RSA
- Experience within a busy bar/cafe environment
- Good wine and cocktail knowledge
- Barista skills
